- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.
- Free shipping may be available on select orders or promotions.
3. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after confirmation.
- Custom or pre-order items may take longer to process.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
- Domestic Orders (India): 5-7 business days from dispatch.
- International Orders: 10-15 business days, depending on location and customs clearance.
5. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email/SMS.
- You can track your order via our logistics partner’s website.
6. Delivery Terms
- Deliveries are made between 9 AM – 7 PM on working days.
- In case of non-availability at the delivery address, reattempts may be made.
- If the order is undelivered after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us.
7. Delays & Issues
- We are not responsible for delays due to natural calamities, strikes, or courier service issues.
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact us.
8. International Shipping
- Import duties, taxes, and customs charges (if applicable) must be borne by the customer.

9. Damaged or Missing Shipments
- If you receive a damaged package, refuse delivery and inform us immediately.
- If an item is missing from your order, report it within 48 hours of delivery.
